To the Looper family: Just want to thank you for the successful auction conducted at my aunt's home last month, (October 2012) and also to tell you how happy I am that you were able to sell my mother's car. I wish I had not been in such a rush to have an estate sale last December (2011) when my mother died. I made a hasty decision to allow outsiders sell my mother's beautiful antiques and furniture at low prices, set by them, and when it was all over, the small amount that we received was an insult. Plus, their charge for pricing and selling the items was 35% of what was collected. Your approach to having a sale was much better, in many respects. 1. You allow the buyers to set the prices. 2. The professionalism of you and your staff is top notch. You handled all of my aunt's items with care and respect. 3. Accountability- every item sold was logged and we knew the price for each item sold. 4. Settlement- Payment was swift and thorough Besides knowing the value of most items, you worked with us, the customer, to get the best price for each item. Your fee was more than fair. Having worked in retail for 40 years, I know the importance of what I just wrote of above. Please feel free to use this note as a reference. Thanking you again for your help in the proper disposal of my aunt's estate and my mom's car. Your understanding and compassion during this rough time was so appreciated. We have been using Looper Auction & Realty since 2009 to help save transportation cost and risks associated with the sale and movement of State owned surplus property. All universities along with some state offices around the state would transport their surplus property to our Little Rock location to be sold or redistributed to other agencies, tax supported entities, non-profits or the public. Since 2009 Looper Auction & Realty has conducted several live auctions from Fayetteville to Jonesboro and Magnolia to Morrilton for the Department of Finance and Administration, Office of State Procurement the Marketing and Redistribution Section at various locations selling as many as 11,000 items in a single day and several sales have exceeded more than $250,000.00. The Looper team has proven to be more than just an auctioneer service; they are a team of competent professionals that know how to merchandise goods (assets) to obtain the maximum amount for each item sold. They are on time and are committed to see the auction process from start to finish. I can, without reserve, say Looper Auction & Realty would be an asset to anyone utilizing their service as much as they have been for Marketing and Redistribution during the past five years. Sincerely, David W. Justice, Manager Marketing and Redistribution

My wife and I were very happy with the results of our auction on May 15, 2015. The house and contents were sold. The auction stalled at one point, but Shawn's experience and selling techinques revived the bidding and the end result was thousands of more dollars! I'm convinced that Looper Auctions got us top dollar. My hat goes off to Shawn and the rest of his crew. We couldn't have worked with better people from the initial set up until the last item was sold. Thanks again, Larry Smith
